Happy Friday

“Happy Friday” takes place on the last Friday of each quarter. On this occasion, Voliors come together to reflect on the past three months through the leadership’s sharing. Beyond being a moment to learn and gain valuable insights, the event also fosters a sense of connection, offering everyone the chance to interact and engage with one another.

Special events

Voliors will be able to participate in many exciting events organized by the company such as: Birthday parties, International Women's Day, Vietnamese Women's Day, Christmas, Year End Party... Travel/Team building.

Volio Weekly Meeting

The weekly all-hands meeting takes place every Monday, bringing Voliors together at the start of the week. It is an opportunity to share important updates, align on plans, and set clear goals for the days ahead. More than just an information-sharing session, the meeting also strengthens team connections and builds a spirit of unity to kick off a productive and energizing week.

Sport

At VOLIO, we always emphasize the health of all employees. We regularly have exercise sessions at the end of each working day, weekly soccer matches, and quarterly sports tournaments such as: Jogging, soccer, badminton...

Lunch together

The entire company will sit down to lunch together every day to chat, confide, and relieve stress after tiring working hours. Inhouse Training Sessions to share professional experiences as well as soft skills are held monthly with the goal of helping employees continuously learn and develop.

Iced tea

Every Volior is encouraged to invite their boss or colleagues to have a cup of tea with the aim of answering questions, frustrations or simply to vent. We believe that: Any problem can be solved if we talk frankly about it.
